Speed Net Internet Service

We started with Speed Net when we moved to our new home. With limited options, this appeared to be the best for the cost. The first month was good but over time we began noticing constant lagging. Numerous calls to customer service resulted in temporary fixes and then the lagging continued. We decided to cancel our service after over a year and go with another provider. I contacted Speed Net to let them know we would be canceling our service. I received an email that I would be billed for an additional month due to requiring 30 days notice. I expected the bill to be the same as it had been but this time I was charged extra and Speed Net made the charge automatically despite NEVER doing that for my monthly service. I finally received instructions on how to send the equipment back and sent it back promptly with tracking. I am now receiving a bill for another month of service and despite replying that we canceled last month, I keep receiving the bill and now with late charges. I followed all of Speed Net's procedures to cancel service and this is the result.

I never get over 51mbps EVER and I have been with SpeedNet for about 2-3 years and I'm paying over $125 for substandard speeds....so who is the idiot here? I even placed a call to two technicians and a sales person and NOT one single person called me back! That alone makes me mad enough to switch to another provider!

Spoke with Jordan with Speed net, and would like to thank him for his technical support he provided. Been with speed net for a while, and the service is great. Don't call to much because the service is great. But when I do have to call, they great at helping out. Very understanding, and patient, when I don't understand because I'm not tech savvy. Their the best Internet company I've been with, and wouldn't change them ever. Recommend to all who live in rual areas. Abel to connect our computers, cell phones, tablets, outside cameras, work from home, stream our favorite shows, movies, all at once. Love it!!! ❤️ Thanks Speednet ❤️

If I could I would not even give 1 star!!! This is by far the worst internet provider I’ve ever had!! Just got off the phone with tech support after having issues NUMEROUS TIMES with the service they wanted me to purchase more equipment to get so called better service I paid $93 a month since march I only had somewhat good service 1-1/2 moths out of 5 months then they were EXTREMELY RUDE and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE PROVIDER

The outdoor modem was shipped to me in a couple days, installation was straightforward, I did have some issues with my router, I used the TP app and was able to get it connected. Service had been great, speed tests were 230mbps to 285mbps! Much faster than satellite which is the only other option for our rural property. Speed Net was easy to contact and answered all my questions before I installed, I would recommend their service for anyone on rural property!!
